                    A selection of vegetables will be served with every main course unless stated otherwise.

Pork Fillets with a Calvados and wild mushroom sauce with sauteed new potatoes     
Roasted Loin of Cod on wilted spinach and parmesan Mash     
Duck Breast (served pink) complimented with a cherry sauce and roasted new potatoes

Linguine with king Prawns cooked in white wine, garlic and a tomato sauce (slightly spicy)
